We are a boutique consultancy specialising in business design, information, digital and technology, helping our clients transform their organisations and services. We have a diverse client portfolio across the public, private and not-for profit sectors.

WHAT YOU GET
At Farsight you will work alongside a talented group of people, with interesting clients, and receive a highly competitive work package. Importantly, we place a big emphasis on supporting people to grow and develop.
Each individual at Farsight is unique, which is why we take a personalised approach to our people’s development. From one-on-one coaching sessions to peer reviews and formal classroom based training, we will tailor our development programme to fit your development goals.
The team get together every Friday to meet up with their personal coaches and teammates, take part in coaching and learning activities, get input from teammates on the things they are working on, and to eat cake and drink coffee.
We’re a team that works hard but we also know how to unwind – whether that’s by battling it out (in a friendly sort of way) playing games after work or a lunchtime trip to the local climbing centre.
